Cancellation Policy
Ticket Sales Policy – All Sales Final Thank you for your interest in our event. Please review the following ticketing policy before completing your purchase: All Sales Are Final Once a ticket purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. Ticket Transfers Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another individual without prior approval from the event organizer. Event Changes or Cancellations In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels or reschedules the event, ticket holders will be notified and given updated instructions. Outside of a full cancellation, no refunds will be issued. Assumption of Risk By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to event attendance, including unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., weather, illness, travel disruptions). Agreement to Policy Completing a ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of this All Sales Final and Non-Refundable Policy.
